About Jennifer Moynihan Wynn, LMFT (She/Her)

You are Welcome here.

It is my pleasure to meet you.  My hope for you is to experience me as someone who is kind and passionate about helping.  My style is warm, inviting, and supportive.  My primary goal is always first to help you feel safe and understood.  I also want to help empower you to challenge your inner critic, develop healthy coping skills, and to feel more connected to the important people in your life.

When I am not trying to save the world, I’m a pretty big geek who likes to get excited about things.  My favorite things to obsess about include Disney, Star Wars, and Hamilton.  My escapes include table top and video role playing games, and going to Disney World as often as possible.

I am committed to providing safe, non-discriminatory therapy to people regardless of race, identified gender, religion, relationship status, sexual/romantic orientation, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic as protected by law.  Creating a safe place is my absolute top priority and I value inclusiveness in my practice.

I appreciate the courage it takes for you to make this step!  I provide individual and couples counseling to people living in Raleigh, Cary, RTP, Morrisville, Apex, Garner, Knightdale, Wake Forest, and other surrounding areas in North Carolina.
